Mobile Nutritionist in Christchurch
Christchurch
100%
At Trust Nutrition, we bring personalised nutrition support to you, wherever you are in Ōtautahi/Christchurch. We know life can be busy, and getting to appointments is not always simple. You might be balancing work, whānau, health changes, recovery, mobility needs or everyday life at home.
Our mobile and online services make it easier to look after your health without adding another trip across town. We offer practical, personalised nutrition advice based on your current lifestyle, with a focus on sustainable changes that feel realistic for you.
No two people are exactly alike, and neither are their nutrition needs. You might be wanting to improve your overall health, manage your weight, support healthy ageing, improve heart health, improve mobility and independence, or feel more confident with food choices day to day.
We support adults with a range of health goals and chronic health conditions, including high cholesterol, high blood pressure, arthritis, osteoporosis, and recovery after surgery or illness.
Our approach is practical and personalised. We do not rely on rigid meal plans. Instead, we help you build sustainable habits around nutrition, movement and sleep, with a focus on what you can add to improve your health, rather than a huge focus on what you can’t have.
Working with a mobile nutritionist means you do not have to fit a clinic visit into your day. We can meet you at home, online, or in a practical setting such as your kitchen, cafe, or supermarket, where appropriate.

We can help you make confident, realistic choices at home or at the supermarket, whether you are cooking for one, feeding a family, managing a health condition or trying to build more nourishing routines into a busy week.

Kia Ora,
Meet Taryn – Your Christchurch Nutritionist
Kia ora, I’m Taryn. I’m an Associate Registered Nutritionist and founder of TrusT Nutrition.
I live in Lyttelton and I’m passionate about helping adults develop balanced, sustainable eating habits that support their health, independence and everyday wellbeing. My advice is practical, personalised and based on your current lifestyle, not rigid rules or unrealistic meal plans.
I have a degree in Human Nutrition and I am currently studying Clinical Exercise Physiology. This helps inform my interest in the connection between nutrition, movement, strength, mobility and healthy ageing, while recognising that I am still completing this qualification.
Outside of work and study, I enjoy running around Sumner and the Port Hills, going to the gym, playing tennis, snowboarding, visiting local farmers’ markets, and spending time with friends.
I believe health is holistic. It is about supporting the whole person, including nutrition, movement, sleep, and confidence in the small habits that make daily life feel better.
