TrusT Nutrition is operated by Taryn Trusler (NZBN: 9429052021497), a sole trader based in New Zealand.

Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

Services
TrusT Nutrition provides evidence-based nutrition advice and general (non-clinical) exercise guidance, delivered online and in person.

Services are provided in accordance with professional standards expected by the Nutrition Society of New Zealand and are limited to nutrition advice and general exercise guidance within scope of practice.

Services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should consult a GP or qualified health professional before making changes, particularly where medical conditions are present.

Eligibility & Minors
Services are primarily for adults.
Clients under 18 years of age require consent from a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian will be the contracting party and may be required to attend consultations.

Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

Disclose relevant health conditions, injuries, and medications

Use services and recommendations at your own discretion

Health & Risk Acknowledgment
You understand that:

Nutrition and physical activity involve inherent risks

You are responsible for determining your ability to participate

Results are not guaranteed and vary between individuals

Bookings & Payments

All prices are in NZD and include GST

Payment is required in full at the time of booking

Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival

Confidentiality
Client information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by law.

Intellectual Property
All materials, plans, and content provided by TrusT Nutrition remain the property of TrusT Nutrition and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrusT Nutrition is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

Outcomes arising from reliance on advice without appropriate medical consultation

Misuse or misinterpretation of recommendations

Complaints
If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact TrusT Nutrition directly. Concerns may also be raised with the Nutrition Society of New Zealand where appropriate.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
