Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the first consultation: full refund

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the first consultation: refund minus a $100 preparation fee

The preparation fee reflects time spent reviewing client information and preparing for the consultation.

Follow-Up Appointments

More than 12 hours’ notice: full refund

Less than 12 hours’ notice: $60 cancellation fee

Rescheduling

Minimum 12 hours’ notice required

Changes within 12 hours incur a $60 fee

Late Arrival

Sessions will still end at the scheduled time
