During your first appointment we’ll take a thorough look at both of your current lifestyle and dietary habits, exploring your unique expectations, and beliefs as individuals and together. In the third appointment we focus on cementing your progress and establishing a plan for long-term, sustainable wellness as you both graduate from the program.
I recommend that the consultations be spaced at two- or three-week intervals, dependent on both of your preferences and lifestyles.
